New Technology: AirPiano

Created by Omer Yosha from Germany (yay!). It's only a prototype.

Above the AirPiano is a virtual matrix of keys and faders, each assigned with MIDI messages and ready to be triggered. The length of a triggered note is equivalent to the time a hand is placed on the corresponding virtual key. This is also confirmed by LED feedback. (www.airpiano.de)

This looks like fun. I would play around with it, but I don't think I would integrate into actual production. It's amazing where technology is heading though.

What do you think? Is this something that could become influential the the music industry? Or could it just be a fun accessory?

Air Yeezy Update

I just got word of the new colorway for the Air Yeezy, Kanye's new shoe by Nike, that was previously posted by yours truly...

These black/black/white Yeezy's were spotted at the Grammy's during his performance. I didn't know what they were at the time, and these West x Nike colabo isn't available to the public yet, but take a look....




These white/granite/pastel blue versions are apparently in the same status as the original ones I just posted.....NOT AVAILABLE!!!! Big props to 'Ye and Nike though for coming up with some dopeness.

However, it would be nice to get a price quote, release date, or something. Summer's almost in full swing, and if you're like me, it's just about time to get your sneaker game up. Hopefully I'll have some in hand (or on feet) soon, so I can give you the complete breakdown of the Air Yeezy.

Tis a bit late, but we did have photos from Toad's Place in Richmond, VA. Big shout to Girl Talk for filling the venue to the tip. We definately fucks with Girl Talk. Check out the photos, just to see the scope of this party.

AJ1 Millitary Pack

For those of you that don't know...The Aj1 Millitary Pack will be launched at a few selected retailers this weekend, In other words... If your nearest footlocker looks like it was constructed in the 1980's and never has the newest aj's and air maxes...don't even ask!!!! Taken inspiration from military elements and available in 2 colorways. Feature a blacken Air Jordan winged tab (similar to the anchor & globe insignia of the U.S. Marine Corp) and a sergeant first class patch near the heel.... (yea i copied and pasted the bio..so what!!!! haha) If you see um, get um, cause i assure you that these living legends will be impossible to find after this week....
